From my perspective and the data that I collected (both personal and over 125 clients), the values do not significantly change over time.</description>

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I'm a new grad and am slowly trying to grasp the business field. I didn't study business in university and got interested only when I finished school, so it has been a bit tough. 

Anyway I read some of your posts, and find them refreshingly simple despite a greater message behind it (and pertains to my new-found interest!). Hope you don't mind me adding you on my blogroll, and I am indeed curious about the Values Assessment test (I agree that it's important to know my/coworkers values in order to drive towards a desired career path) so I'ld greatly appreciate it if you don't mind emailing m it.
